NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL FORECLOSURE SALE

Upon extrajudicial petition for foreclosure sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee KALANGED KYLE MACDO S. KANONGKONG, against the mortgagor Luisa P. Esmabe, Filipino citizen, of legal, window, and with residence and postal address at No. 231 San Vicente, Baguio City, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness in the amount of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,1600,000.00), Philippine currency representing the principal obligation and excluding interest, charges, penalties and other expenses as agreed upon in the real estate mortgage executed by the mortgagor in favor of the mortgagee on February 11, 2015, under Doc. No. 195, Page No. 40, Book No. 35, Series of 2015 of the Notarial Registry of Atty. May Labanet D. Soliba-Kiat-Ong, the undersigned Notary Public will sell at public auction on July 05, 2017 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at the main lobby of Justice Hall, Baguio City, to the highest bidder for cash and in Philippine currency, the property registered in the name of the mortgagor which was the subject of the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage consisting of Lot, covered by ARP 2014-03-004-150982 of the Assessor’s Office of Baguio City, and more particularly described as follows:

UNDER ARP No. 2014-03-004-150982
“A residential land consisting an area of 1,000 square meters, more or less, with a market value of 420,000.00 and assessed value of 35,280.00. Bounded on the North by Ass. Lot No. 028 (Lourdes Property Brgy.), on the South by Dominican Hill Rd., on the East by Ass. Lot No. 002, and on the West by Dominican Hill Rd.” The lot is bounded by visible monuments.

In case there will be failure of bidding on the said date, the same is rescheduled on July 12, 2017 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, pursuant to the resolution of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the tax declaration herein above-described and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
