City officials headed by Mayor Mauricio Domogan, Rep. Marquez Go and Vice Mayor Edison Bilog and Guest of Honor Eduard Folayang. The following barangays that also received awards are; 2nd place Sto. Tomas Barangay, a trophy and P30,000 cash incentive; 3rd place Hillside barangay, a trophy and P20,000 cash incentive.
