SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE
Upon petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by BDO UNIBANK, INC. (formerly BANCO DE ORO UNIBANK, INC.), hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE, for the satisfaction of the mortgage indebtedness of SPOUSES MARYAM L. CHAPRA AND MUHAMMAD FAROOQ HAMEED CHAPRA, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGORS, which as of September 01, 2017, now amounts to P6,309,256.28, Philippine Currency, inclusive of interest, penalties, and other charges, but excluding expenses incidental to the foreclosure, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her undersigned Deputy Sheriff, will sell at public auction on November 20, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter, at the lobby (fronting the main entrance) of the Hall of Justice Building, Baguio City, the following described mortgage properties and all its improvements existing thereon, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 1-C, Psd-131302-003793 being a portion of Lot 1 (LRC) Psd-1-103507) situated at Brgy. Res. Sec. “J”, Mun. of Prov. of, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1-B; on the SE., SW., along line 2-4 by Lot 1-W (Parlk/Playground/Road) all of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Ignacio Navaro. Beginning at a point marked “1” x x x to point of beginning; containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) square meters more or less.”
Prospective bidders may investigate the title, rights and i mprovements of the property with regards to encumbrances, if any there be.
