Upon petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended by Act. 4148 filed by HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (otherwise known as PAG-IBIG FUND), hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE, executed on November 5, 2009 By SANDRA VANESSA MARIE J. SALVDOR, of 2303 Prestige Tower Emerald Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGOR, to secure her mortgage obligation which as of June 1, 2015, amounts to NINE HUNDRED SEVENTTY NINE THOUSAND EIGH HUNDRED SIXTY TWO and 45/100 (P979,862.45) PESOS, and other expenses of foreclosure proceedings, the undersigned Sheriff, will sell at public auction on July 22, 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the Hall of Justice Lobby, Baguio City, and all the improvements existing thereon and more particularly described as follows:
