SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition for extra judicial foreclosure of real estate mortgage, under Act 3135, as amended filed by IMEE B. TELIAO, with residential and postal address at No. JE-120 Shamolog, Central Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, herein referred to as the MORTGAGEE, for the satisfaction of the obligation of DELEN OLSINO ORLANI, (widow), NARIEL OLSINO ORLANI, NOELA OLSINO ORLANI and NEONORA OLSINO ORLANI, (all single), with residential and postal address at No.MB-139 Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet, herein referred to as the MORTGAGORS, in real estate mortgage duly executed on 24 April 2014.
That as of 05 November 2015, the above-named mortgagors, DELEN OLSINO ORLANI, NARIEL OLSINO ORLANI, NOELA OLSINO ORLANI and NEONORA OLSINO ORLANI, indebted to the mortgagee in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 400,000.00), Philippine Currency, representing the principal obligation, exclusive of the accrued interest and penalties, attorney’s fee, and other necessary and incidental expenses incurred in the foreclosure proceedings.
That the undersigning Sheriff announces that he will sell at Public Auction on 08 DECEMBER 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter in front of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan (Benguet Justice Hall), Justice Hill, La Trinidad, Benguet, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the mortgaged real property including all improvements, erected thereon to the following described property to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 89 deg., 48’W., 1745.48 m from Triangulation station “SOUTHBASE” La Trinidad, Benguet x x x x x x Containing and area of ONE HUNDRED (100) SQUARE METERS more or less x x x x x x x Registered in the name of DELEN OLSINO ORLANI, NARIEL OLSINO ORLANI, NOELA OLSINO ORLANI and NEONORA OLSINO ORLANI.
All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned a on the above stated place, date, and time.
Prospective bidder/buyers may investigate the title of the property herein above-described and the encumbrances thereof; if any.
Let therefore, a copy of this Sheriff’s Notice of Public Auction Sale be published at the THE JUNCTION NEWSPAPER, a newspaper of general circulation. Likewise, let a copy of the same posted in three conspicuous places, one each in the bulletin board of the Municipal Hall, and Post Office of La Trinidad, Benguet, Office of the Clerk of Court and the Benguet Provincial Capitol Lobby, all at La Trinidad, Benguet. In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on 05 JANUARY 2016 at the same place and time without need of further notice.
