ORDER
The petitioner Shirley Tacay Valdez filed this verified petition praying that upon due notice, publication and hearing, judgment be rendered:
1. Declaring that Jeremiah Sally be, for all intents and purposes the adopted child of the petitioner and for him to enjoy the rights pertaining thereto; and
2. That Jeremiah Sally be known and registered in the Civil Registry as Jeremiah Tacay Valdez once the adoption Decree is granted.
Finding the amended petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the same be heard in the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59, Baguio City on November 27, 2017 at 10:15 in the morning, at which place, date and time, the petitioners shall prove their case. Any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why the petition should not be granted.
Let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioners in the Junction, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Baguio and Benguet province once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
