ORDER
Petitioners, through counsel filed this verified petition for Adoption praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, the court grants this petition and issue a Decree of Adoption declaring; JHON RUSSEL VASQUEZ as their child and his name to KARL NATHAN G. MARTINEZ and direct the Local Civil Registrar of Taguig City, Metro Manila to effect said adoption in his birth certificate.
The Court Social Worker of this court is directed to conduct a Child and Home Study Report and said report should be submitted to the Court before the initial hearing of the petition set on August 28, 2014 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
WHEREFORE, the Court Social Worker of this Court is directed to conduct a Home and Child Study Report in this case, incorporating therein there recommendation and to submit the same to the Court, furnishing a copy thereof to the trial prosecutor deputized to represent the State.
The petitioners are directed to meet with the said Court Social Worker, for purposes of the Home and Child Study Reports.
Let this Order be published at the expense of the petitioners in the Junction Newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in Baguio City and Benguet Province, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, the first publication to be made not later than June 29, 2014. All persons interested may come to Court and show cause, if any, why the petition should not be granted.
Furnish copies hereof together with a copy of the petition and its annexes to the Office of the Solicitor General; the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet; the City Civil Registrar of Taguig City, Metro Manila; the Junction; the petitioner and counsel.
