NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a summary hearing on the above-entitled petition for commission as notary public for and the Province of Benguet filed by the above- named petitioner shall be held on August 18, 2017 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon before the undersigned Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Any person who has any cause or reason to object to the grant of the petition may file a verified written opposition thereto on or before the date of the summary hearing.
Let this Notice of Hearing be published once (1) a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Junction, a newspaper of general circulation in Baguio City and Benguet Province, the first publication to be made not later than July 28, 2017.
