ORDER
Petitioner, through counsel, filed this verified Amended Petition praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, an Order will be issued by the Court declaring absentee Julian Dulalas Jr. y Sumalpong Presumptively Dead, pursuant to law under Article 41 of the Family Code.
WHEREFORE, finding the Petition to be sufficient in form and substance, this court sets it for initial hearing on October 26, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning before the session hall of this court, Justice Hall, Justice Hill, La Trinidad, Benguet. All interested persons may appear and show cause, if any, why this petition should not be granted.
Let this ORDER be published at the expense of the petitioner in the Junction, a newspaper of general circulation in Baguio City and Benguet Province and the Cordillera Administrative Region, once a week, for three (3) consecutive weeks, the first publication to be made not later than July 23, 2017.
Furnish copies of this ORDER, together with copies of the Petition and its annexes, to the Office of the Solicitor General; the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet; and, the Philippine Statistics Authority. Furnish also copies of this ORDER to the Junction and petitioner and counsel.
