Letters of Administration having been issued in the above-entitled case in favor of AUGUSTO REYES AVECILLA of 0312 San Francisco St. Brookside Hills Subd. San Isidro Cainta, Rizal.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that notice be, and the same is hereby, given to all persons having claims for money against the decedent SOLEDAD ELCHICO REYES who died on April 26, 1989, arising from contract, express or implied, whether the same be due, not due, or contingent, for funeral expenses and expenses of the last sickness of the decedent, and judgment for money against her requiring them to file their claims with the REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, JUSTICE HALL, BAGUIO CITY, within a period of not later than June 29, 2018 after the first publication on June 29, 2017 in a newspaper of General Circulation. Pursuant to Section 3 Rule 86, of the Rules of Court, let this NOTICE TO CREDITORS be posted for three (3) consecutive weeks in the bulletin boards of this Court, the Justice Hall, the City Hall, the City Market and the Post Office, all of Baguio City.
