ORDER
Petitioners, through counsel, filed this verified petition praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, the court orders the Local Civil Registrar of La Trinidad, Benguet to correct the following in the birth certificate of their children as follows:
As to child JENKEN PINANGI-LI: Supply the following entries regarding the Father
Name of Father: FENG YIN ZEN LI
Citizenship: CHINESE
Religion: BUDDHISM
Occupation: LABORER
Age at the time of this birth: 21
Date and Place of Marriage of Parents: Supply 14 FEBRUARY 2003, SAN JUAN, MANILA
As to child GRACELLE PINANGI-LI:
Date and Place of Marriage of Parents: Supply 14 FEBRUARY 2003, SAN JUAN, MANILA
WHEREFORE, finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the court sets it for hearing on October 16, 2014 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning before the Session Hall of this Court, Benguet Provincial Capitol, La Trinidad, Benguet and all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any why this petition should not be granted.
Let is Order be published at the expense of the petitioner in the Junction, a newspaper of general circulation in Baguio City and Benguet Province, once a weep, for three (3) consecutive weeks, the first publication to be made not later than August 10, 2014.
Furnish copies hereof together with a copy of the petition and its annexes to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet; the Local Civil Registrar of La Trinidad, Benguet; the Juntion; the petitioners and counsel.
