NOTICE OF SALE ON EXECUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, by virtue of a Write of Execution issued by Atty. GAIL M. BACBAC, Clerk of Court V of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 3 on August 15, 2014 in the above-entitled case for the recovery of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00), LEVY was made on November 20, 2014, thru the Register of Deeds, Baguio City, on the rights, interests and participation of said defendant AMELITA MANGAOANG in the real property more particularly described as follows:

BOUNDED ON THE SW., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY LOT 12-A-3-G (ALLEY 2.00 M. WIDE) OF THE SUBD. PLAN; ON THE W., ALONG LINE 2- 3 BY LOT 12-A-2, (LRC) PSD-17490; ONTHE NW., ALONG LINE 3-4 BY LOT 12-A-3-E, ON THE N., ALONG LINE 4-5 BY LOT 12-A-3-D; ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 5-1 BY LOT 12-A-3-I (EXISTING ROAD 4-6 M. NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of said Writ of Execution and in accordance with Rule 39, Section 19 of the Rules of Court, the undersigned sheriff will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for CASH and in Philippine Currency, on March 12, 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Lobby of the Hall of Justice of Baguio City, the rights, interests and participation of defendant AMELITA MANGAOANG, in the above-described real property in order to satisfy said Writ of Execution, together with costs, sheriff’s fees and the expenses of sale.
