WHEREAS, by the virtue of the Writ of Execution issued by the Honorable Antonio C. Reyes, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 61, Baguio City, in connection with the above-entitled case for the satisfaction of the judgment in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P 187,500.00) PESOS ONLY, in Philippine Currency, which the plaintiff Merlinda Fernandez, recovered in the above-entitled case, in accordance with the aforesaid decision, LEVY was made upon the real property of the respondent together with all the improvements existing thereon described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of said Writ of Execution dated March 18, 2013, and in accordance with Rule 39, Section 18, of the Rules of Court, the City Sheriff of Baguio City, thru the undersigned deputy, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for CASH and in Philippine Currency, on AUGUST 6, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the Lobby (fronting the main entrance) of the Justice Hall Bldg, Baguio City, the above-described real properties and all improvements, for the satisfaction of the said Writ of Execution, together with the costs and other lawful expenses of the execution sale. HOWEVER, If for any reason/s the auction sale on AUGUST 6, 2014 will not push through, then notice is hereby given that the auction sale will proceed on AUGUST 20, 2014, also at 10:00 in the morning in the same place as indicated above without need of a separate notice.
Interested buyers are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the said real property and the encumbrance thereon, if any there be.
