That an Extrajudicial Settlement /Partition of the Estate of the late Purificacion A. Soriano who died intestate on April 21, 2015 at Baguio City was extrajudicially settled and partitioned by her heirs on November 15, 2015 before Notary Public Louella Xylee T. Apilado and entered in to her notarial registry as doc. 389, page 79, book 5, series of 2015.
