SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition for extra judicial foreclosure of real estate mortgage, under Act 3135, as amended filed by PLANTERS DEVELOPMENT BANK, with principal business address at No. 314 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, herein referred to as the MORTGAGEE, for the satisfaction of the obligation of QUECH PROPERTIES CORPORATION and BODY NEEDS & BASICS, INC., with principal place of business at No. 5/F Jade Centre, 105 Shaw Blvd., Oranbo, Pasig City, herein referred to as the MORTGAGORS, in real estate mortgage duly executed on 09 August 2012.
That as of 30 JULY 2015, the above-named mortgagors, QUECH PROPERTIES CORPORATION and BODY NEEDS & BASICS, INC., indebted to the mortgagee in the amount of TWENTY ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND SEVENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 21,437,730.75), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interest, penalties, attorney’s fee, other charges, and expenses of the foreclosure proceedings.
That the undersigned Sheriff announces that he will sell at Public Auction on 02 DECEMBER 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter in front of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan (Benguet Justice Hall), Justice Hill, La Trinidad, Benguet to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the mortgage real property including all improvements, erected thereon to the following described property to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being No. 46 deg., 29’W., 1095.67 m from BLMM No. 1 Tuba, Benguet x x x x x x Containing an area of SIX HUNDRED FORTY (640) SQUARE METERS more or less x x x x x x x Registered in the name of BODY NEEDS & BASICS, INC.
All sealed bids be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated place date and time.
Prospective bidder/buyers may investigate the title of property herein above-described and the encumbrances thereof, if any.
Let therefore, a copy of this Sheriff’s Notice of Public Auction Sale be published at the THE JUNCTION NEWSPAPER, a news paper of general circulation. Likewise, let a copy of the same posted in three conspicuous places, one each in the bulletin board of the Municipal Hall, and Post Office of Tuba, Benguet, Office of the Clerk of Court and the Benguet Provincial Capitol Lobby, all at La Trinidad, Benguet. In the event of public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on 21 DECEMBER 2015 at the same place and time without need of further notice.
