“PNoy, a cancer that must be removed”
Volume XVII NO. 40 (July 26 to August 1, 2014)
LIFE’S INSPIRATIONS: “…`I will make mere youths their officials; children will rule over them’…” (Isaiah 3:4, the Holy Bible).

“PNOY, A CANCER IN OUR MIDST WHICH MUST BE REMOVED”: From Facebook, a post by Ado Paglinawan: “What happens when the insane runs the asylum? BS Aquino must go now before he destroys our Constitutional democracy. As we speak, he has become a bull in a china shop. Impeachment? Remove this cancer from our midst, by whatever means possible.”

PNOY BEING CHILDISH, AND BIBLE’S WARNINGS: Sen. Sergio Osmena III is right: President Aquino is “disrespectful and childish” in his rants against the Supreme Court, confirming the charge of former Sen. Joker Arroyo that Aquino’s government is a “student council” government—or a government of mere children.
But, did not God, in Isaiah 3:4, warn us that He will make mere children and the youth a country’s leaders if the people are sinful, and are no longer listening to, nor obeying, His Word?
We must be warned indeed: Isaiah 1 to 3 speak not only about children being made officials of government, but also of God depriving people who have turned their backs on Him with food, water, and all supply—a deprivation that is happening to the Filipino nation, even now! We must all wake up, while there is time!!!

DID RP BENEFIT FROM TESDA’S P1.6 B DAP? In celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Apolinario Mabini in Tanauan City, Batangas on July 23, 2014, President Aquino said there were three projects that benefitted from his “disbursement acceleration program” or DAP, portions of which the Supreme Court recently declared as unconstitutional.
The first of these projects were the P1.6 billion given to the Technical Education Skills Development Authority or TESDA to train some 223,615 students. But has the President heard the reports that, before any school is to be accredited for this training, it has to agree to shell out some P20,000.00 per student first? Multiplying 223,615 by P20,000.00, this results to a whooping P4.4 billion going to someplace else, right?

PROJECT NOAH, A FAILURE: The second project which Aquino said benefited from his DAP was the Project NOAH, or the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards. This project aims to spare Filipinos from death and destruction from impending typhoons and other natural calamities. But, did the nation really benefit from Project NOAH, especially if we take into account Typhoons Yolanda and Glenda?
In Glenda alone, some 100 Filipinos died, despite the “zero-casualty program” of the Aquino government, some 55,000 homes were destroyed, and about P8 billion crop-damage was sustained by farmers in the affected areas. Surely, with death and destruction from Glenda as grave as these, can we really say that DAP benefitted the country? Indeed, Project NOAH is one big failure!

GO TO EL NIDO & CORON, MR. PRESIDENT: Then, the President also boasted that DAP funded the construction of some 66 roads leading to tourist destinations in the Philippines. I really do not know whether this claim is true or not, but then, DAP did not benefit the long stretch of the highway between San Vicente, Palawan and El Nido, Palawan, which remains to be a dirt road. This is also true for various parts of the road from the Busuanga Airport to the town proper of Coron, which continues to be dilapidated.
