SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTIONS SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition for extra-judicial foreclosure of real mortgage, under Act 3135 as amended, filed by SUMMIT BANK (RURAL BANK OF TUBLAY (BENGUET) INC., with principal office and postal address at Acop, Tublay, Benguet, herein referred as the Mortgagee for the satisfaction of the obligation of SPS. AMADOR AND NORMA SEPAL, with residence and postal address at Ambongdolan, Tublay, Benguet, herein referred as the Mortgagors, in real estate mortgage duly entered on 09 December 2009 and 8 October 2013. That as of 05 June 20173, the above-named mortgagors, SPS. AMADOR AND NORMA SEPAL, indebted to the mortgagee in the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine Currency, excluding interest and penalties and other charges accruing thereon until fully paid; (b) Attorneys’ fee amounting to Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00); (c) all cost and expenses of the foreclosure proceeding. That the undersigned Sheriff announces that he will sell at Public Auction on 18 JULY 2017 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter infront of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan (Benguet Justice Hall), Justice Hill, La Trinidad, Benguet, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the mortgage real property including all improvements, erected thereon to the following described properties to wit:

All sealed bids must submitted to the undersigned as above stated time and date. Nonetheless, in the event the public auction should not take place on the said time and date, it shall be held on 08 August 2017 at the same place and time without need of republication and/ or further notice.
