Upon petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by SUMMIT BANK (RURAL BANK OF TUBLAY (BENGUET), INC.), hereinafter referred to as the MORTAGEE, for the satisfaction of the mortgage indebtedness of SPS. EMMANUEL and MA. CRISTINA C. MARIANO, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGORS, which as of the filing of the petition, now amounts to P20,523, 748.49, Philippine Currency, excluding interest and penalties, and other charges accruing thereon until fully paid, attorney’s and expenses incidental to the foreclosure, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her undersigned Deputy Sheriff, will sell at public auction on October 15, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter, at the lobby (fronting the main entrance)of the Hall of Justice Building, Baguio City, the following described mortgage properties and all its improvements existing thereon, to wit:

Prospective bidders may investigate the title, rights and improvements of the property with regards to encumbrances, if any there be.
