NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended filed by TUBAO CREDIT COOPERATIVE of Poblacion, Tuibao, La Union For the satisfaction of the mortgage obligation of SPS. BETTY ANN and BERT SUNGOT, of legal age, Filipino citizen of 89 Km 3, Asin Road, Baguio City. That the total indebtedness of the mortgagor to the mortgagee as of February 23, 2017 amounts to THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR PESOS and 63/100 (P363,254.63), including interest and fines but excluding foreclosure expenses, Attorney’s fees and daily interest. The undersigned sheriff will SELL at public auction on APRIL 26, 2017 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning infront of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan building, Justice Hill, La Trinidad, Benguet to the highest bidder, the parcel of land together with all the improvements thereon described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 35, Pcs-131113-000470) being a partition Of lot 1, Psu-105989 Amd. & Psu-106231, situated at Brgy. Nangalisan, Mun. of Tuba, Prov. Of Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., Along line 1-2 by Road Lot 2; xxx thence: N. 66 deg. 58’W., 6.03 m. to point 2; xxx Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN(4,115)SQ. METERS more or less.”

In the event the public auction sale should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on May 26, 2017 without need of notice and publication.
