As of 12:00 noon of May 31, 2017, the washed out detour road at Nacagang, Sabangan in Mountain Province along Baguio – Bontoc road is now open to traffic using the river bed as detour. Only heavy equipment or vehicles with high clearances are advised to cross. (JBS-PIA CAR, Mt. Province)
