Upon petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by ZAMBALES RURAL BANK, INC., hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGEE, for the satisfaction of the mortgage indebtedness of HONORIO CONSOLIDATED DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE, represented by Honorio C. Dominguez III, hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGOR, which as of August 16, 2017 amounts to P12,341,263.27, Philippine Currency, exclusive of attorney’s fees and other charges accruing after said date, and expenses incidental to the foreclosure, the Ex- Officio Sheriff or her undersigned Deputy Sheriff, will sell at public auction on OCTOBER 11, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter, at the lobby (fronting the main entrance) of the Hall of Justice Building, Baguio City, the following described mortgage property and all its improvements existing thereon, to wit:
